The City is reviewing a Delegated Development Permit application for architectural material revisions to the approved plans.

Under the site’s existing zoning, the application may be permitted; however, it requires staff review against city policy/guidelines and a decision of the Director of Planning. This information is being shared to keep the community informed.

The City is considering a Delegated Development Permit with Variances application for minor design amendments to the plans.

SEE CONCURRENT REZONING APPLICATION # REZ00828 FOR PROJECT DETAILS. The City is considering a Development Permit with Variance application to construct a three-storey townhouse development consisting of 15 dwelling units.

Applicants are required to complete Pre-Application Consultation with the neighbourhood Community Association Land Use Committee (CALUC) in advance of submitting a rezoning or OCP amendment application to the City.
