Purpose:
The City is considering a Rezoning application to repeal the CD-19 Zone, Douglas Caledonia Comprehensive Development District, and replace it with a new zone that will be substantively the same as the existing zone but without a bonus density or community amenities section, consistent with the recently enacted changes to the Local Government Act.
