The City is considering a Heritage Alteration Permit with Variance application for a new hotel with ground floor restaurant and meeting rooms, while retaining historical components of the Duck's building. Applicants are required to complete Pre-Application Consultation with the neighbourhood Community Association Land Use Committee (CALUC) in advance of submitting a rezoning or OCP amendment application to the City.
