The City is considering a Heritage Alteration Permit application to construct a two storey addition to an existing building. Concurrent with Rezoning application No. 00869. Refer to rezoning file for related application materials.

Applicants are required to complete Pre-Application Consultation with the neighbourhood Community Association Land Use Committee (CALUC) in advance of submitting a rezoning or OCP amendment application to the City.
