MyCity is the City of Victoria's online portal for managing your municipal accounts and services.

Step 1: Create a free MyCity profile to set up and view your City accounts online.

Step 2: Sign up for e-billing to receive your utility bills, business and dog licence renewals and property tax notices by email. E-billing lets you access your notices and payment history anytime, while reducing paper and avoiding mail delays.
