Pre-Application Meeting Request
The Pre-application Meeting is a process for applicants to present their proposal to staff for preliminary review and comment before submitting a development application. This meeting is not required, though recommended for all rezoning or development permit applications.
    Once the meeting request is submitted, staff will contact you to set up a meeting date. Have the following documents ready before continuing:
      • Project summary
      • Plans - Concept site plan and elevations
