Board Of Variance Application
Welcome to the Board Of Variance Application process. Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all folders held by the account holder in their MyCity profile.
Please note the following application conditions:
  • Users can apply using a MyCity profile. If you do not have an existing MyCity account please Create a MyCity account.
  • Development fees for complete permit and land use applications are waived until January 29, 2027
  • After each page, your in-progress application will automatically be saved to your MyCity account. You can go back and edit your application before you submit it. Your in-progress application will be saved for one week.
  • Once you submit the application, you will be provided an application number for reference. You can view all your applications in your MyCity profile.
