Plumbing Permit Application

Welcome to the City of Victoria’s online Plumbing Permit application process. MyCity allows homeowners and certified plumbing contractors to apply for all plumbing permits in a timely and convenient manner.

Once the permit is applied for, a permit number will be issued to the applicant and the permit can be viewed in MyCity along with all other permits held by the account holder.

Please note the following application conditions:
  • Development fees for complete permit and land use applications are waived until January 29, 2027. Due to online payment system requirements, a charge of one cent is required to process electrical and plumbing permit applications on eApply.
  • Users must have or register for a MyCity profile.
  • Homeowners must be the registered owner and occupant or intended occupant of the single family dwelling.
  • All *mandatory fields must be completed.
  • Drawings or calculations may be required after your application has been submitted.
  • Payment by credit card is required to complete the application process.
