Utility Permit
Welcome to the Utility Permit application process. Once the application is completed an application number will be issued and a folder will be created. The folder will be visible to the account holder in their MyCity profile.
Please note the following:
  • Users can apply using a MyCity profile. If you do not have an existing MyCity account please Create a MyCity account.
  • If you do not complete your application, it is saved automatically and can be accessed from your MyCity profile for up to one week
  • All *mandatory fields must be completed.
