Heritage Tax Incentive Program
Welcome to eApply! A MyCity account is required to make an application. You will be prompted to login or create an account as part of the application process.
  • Before applying, connect with the Senior Heritage Planner to ensure the project meets the eligibility requirements. They can be reached at developmentservices@victoria.ca.
  • After each page, your in-progress application will automatically be saved to your MyCity account. You can go back and edit your application before you submit it. Your in-progress application will be saved for one week.
  • Once you submit the application, you will be provided an application number for reference. You can view all your applications in your MyCity profile.
  • The City will review the submission to make sure all information is provided. After it's confirmed as complete, you'll get a notification and the review process will begin.
