Demolition Permit
Welcome to eApply, where you can submit your Demolition Permit application. A MyCity account is required to make an application. You will be prompted to log in or create an account as part of the application process.

Our goal is to issue this building permit after one review cycle and Demolition Permit reviews are targeted to be complete in 7 business days. Please note that each building on a lot requires its own permit.

  • This application will automatically be saved to your MyCity account.
  • Please review the checklist to help ensure you have a complete application.
  • Only complete applications are accepted for review. Once an application is accepted for review, you will receive a notification confirming acceptance. The date of that notification will be your application date.
  • An application accepted for review does not mean the permit is issued. Work must not start until the permit is issued.
  • Please review the Fee & Deposit summary document for an overview of charges. The Building and Plumbing Regulation Bylaw Schedule A contains a complete breakdown of charges. Note: permit fees are currently waived until January 29, 2027 under the City’s Development Fee Waiver Bylaw.
  • Owner permission is required to submit a building permit application. You will be required to confirm that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, as part of the online application.
