DEMOLITION PERMIT
Welcome to eApply, where you can submit your Demolition Building Permit application. A MyCity account is required to make an application. You will be prompted to login or create an account as part of the application process.

Our goal is to issue this building permit after one review cycle and Demolition Building Permit reviews are targeted to be complete in 7 business days.


Note the following application requirements:
  • This application will automatically be saved to your MyCity account.
  • Please review the following checklist and ensure you have everything required to successfully complete the application
  • Once the application is determined to be complete, you will receive a folder number (BP######) and a link to make payment of a non-refundable $100 application fee to begin the review process.
  • Your application will only be accepted for review once the application fee is received. Payment will determine your application date. You will be emailed a receipt to acknowledge payment.
  • An application accepted for review does not mean the permit is issued. Work must not start until the permit is issued.
  • Please review the Fee & Deposit summary document for an overview of charges. The Building and Plumbing Regulation Bylaw Schedule A contains a complete breakdown of charges.
  • This application will require you to confirm you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
