Construction Noise Exemption Permit
Welcome to the Construction Noise Exemption Permit application process. Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all folders held by the account holder in their MyCity profile.
Please note the following application requirements:
  • Users must apply using a MyCity profile. If you do not have an existing MyCity account please Create a MyCity account.
  • Development fees for complete permit and land use applications are waived until January 29, 2027.
  • Please refer to the Noise Bylaw for additional information about Construction Noise Exemption Permits.
  • Please note that noise exemptions are not valid on stat holidays.
