Help

Once you complete a search based on the criteria below, one or a list of applications will appear; to see more details about an application, click on the item or the details button on the right-hand side.

Search for applications using any of the following search tools in the "Filter Search" drop down menu:

All Active
Click on the drop arrow on the right and select Filter Search. Check the Active box under Application Status and click the Apply Selected Filters button.
Active applications are ones that have not yet received a decision by Council.
All Archived
Click on the drop arrow on the right and select Filter Search. Check the Archived box under Application Status and click the Apply Selected Filters button.
Archived applications are ones that have received a decision by Council.

Address
Click on the drop arrow on the right and select Address, enter the house number and street name (without any punctuation or street type) or a partial address. If entering a partial address or full address, a list will appear below. Choose from the list of matching addresses in the search box.

Neighbourhood
Click on the drop arrow on the right and select Neighbourhood and choose a neighbourhood from the list in the search box. All active applications in the neighbourhood will be listed.

Refine your search for applications using the following search tools in the left-hand filter bar:

Application Status
Select either active, archived or both from the list in the search box and click the Apply Selected Filters button. Active applications are ones where Council has not yet made a decision.

Application Type
Select an application type from the list in the search box and click the Apply Selected Filters button. Your search results will list all active applications, unless you modify the application status option..
